AyurTantra Yoga Therapy

A Blend of Ayurveda & Tantra Yoga

Ayurveda means Science or Knowledge of Life & Tantra means to weave light and sound with form.

Dosha Specific or Mind, Body, Sexual Energy Specific as holistic healing medicine.. Gently, playfully activated with guided breath work, visualization, sound, sense therapies, movement, and meditation.

A sexual or non-sexual therapy that is respectful and self-paced, gracefully blending self pleasure, self-connection and self-stimulation.

Couples and Singles Welcome! The techniques and their benefits may be experienced alone or with a partner.

Tantra Yoga Sex Therapy is excellent for taking yourself or your partner to a deeper level of soulful sexual pleasure or conscious intimacy. However, it is also a powerful holistic sex therapy for releasing and transforming challenging or stressful life experiences, often stored in bodily tissue like the pelvis and sex organs.

For clothes-on Solo or Partner Practice, Holistic Sexual Education, Demonstrations and Touch Therapy are easily demonstrated on silicon anatomical models. Nudity is never requested or expected.

Spirit Journey Yoga Therapy

This healing practice has its roots in Native American medicine and is sometimes referred to as a Shamanic Journey.

Like Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra and Tantra is is a powerful Psycho-Spiritual Practice for harmonizing Mind Body with Spirit. Similar to the process in Yoga Nidra, this is experienced fully clothed, like a guided meditation and or visualization on a cushioned mat.

A self-paced journey, that you are invited to enter without expectation but instead bring a desire for personal or spiritual growth. It is a dreamlike experience with multidimensional qualities, revealing your powers of intuition, inner knowing, clarity and spiritual guidance. Be open to receiving, sometimes in the form of symbols, gifts, people, places, creatures, beings. Reminding us that we are never alone, but instead surrounded by love and support.

Yoga Nidra Guided Deep Relaxation

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep.

While Meditation is a waking state of consciousness, with a gently focused mind, allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on…Yoga Nidra, leaves the Waking state, passes to Dream state, to Deep Sleep, while aware and awake.

Effective regular practice of Yoga Nidra reduces, dissolves and eliminates “Samskaras”; or old destructive patterns, behaviors and beliefs that promote toxins, imbalances and disease.

Also Mind Body Medicine Based Somatic Healing, honors how our life experiences, stress, trauma, perceptions ,beliefs etc…are stored in our bodies. Together we’ll also be using guided breath work, visualization, self-reflection, self-inquiry and verbal feedback, inviting seen /heard validation, clarity, release , relief, closing integration, personalized affirmation, follow up action & professional support. Per request, in person sessions may also include, any combination of careful, touch-assisted energy or chakra balancing, reiki, gentle yoga stretching, massage-like bodywork.
